By enrolling in a course, program, membership, or accessing any material on englishera.com, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.


1. Overview

The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to ENGLISHERA and its team. The term “Site” refers to www.englishera.com and any course platform we may use (e.g., Teachable or other LMS). The terms “you” and “your” refer to users, students, site visitors, and customers.

ENGLISHERA offers online English courses, coaching, and digital resources aimed at helping students improve their English communication skills, especially for speaking and grammar.


2. Use of the Site and Services

To use our services, you must be 18 years or older or have permission from a legal guardian. By using the Site or purchasing a course, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement and that all information you provide is accurate and current.

You agree to use the Site and Services for lawful and respectful purposes. Any abuse, unauthorized sharing, or violation of laws may result in termination of access without refund.


3. Course Access and Duration

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive access to the course you enrolled in. Unless otherwise stated, all ENGLISHERA courses come with lifetime access, meaning you can study at your own pace anytime, anywhere.

Note: Some services, such as live classes, may only be available for a limited time as part of the course structure.


4. Account Creation

When you enroll, you must create an account with your correct details. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and must not share them with others.


5. Payment Terms

Students may pay either in full or via a payment plan, depending on the course they purchase. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers. By enrolling, you agree to pay the full amount as outlined during checkout, whether as a one-time payment or installment plan.

If you choose a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments as agreed at the time of enrollment. Failure to complete your payment plan may result in suspension or loss of course access. Prices may be subject to change, but changes do not affect already enrolled students.


6. Refund Policy

ENGLISHERA offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on most digital course purchases. If you are not satisfied with your course, you may request a full refund within this time frame.

For Course Bundles, offer a 30-day money-back guarantee with the following refund structure:

  • Within the first 7 days - 100% refund
  • Day 8 to Day 14 - 80% refund
  • Day 15 to Day 21 - 70% refund
  • Day 22 to Day 30 - 60% refund

Refund Conditions:

  • Refunds may be subject to transaction fees (e.g., payment platform or processing fees).
  • If course content has been accessed extensively, we reserve the right to offer partial refunds only.
  • After the refund time frame, all sales are final and non-refundable.
  • One-time refund per customer; repeated enroll-refund behavior may be blocked.


7. Cancellation of Enrollment

You may cancel your future payments for any subscription plan through your account. After cancellation, your access to future lessons will be removed at the end of the billing period. No prorated refunds are given for canceled subscriptions.


8. Intellectual Property

All content, videos, PDFs, lesson plans, scripts, and materials provided on englishera.com are the intellectual property of ENGLISHERA. You are granted a single-user license to access and use the content for personal use only.

You may not:

  • Share your login or content with others.
  • Reproduce, resell, or redistribute any part of the course content.
  • Post our content publicly without written permission.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund and legal action.


9. Community Guidelines

In some courses, you may access a student community (e.g., Telegram group or live class sessions). You agree to participate respectfully. We reserve the right to remove any participant who engages in inappropriate, spammy, or offensive behavior.


10. Course Changes and Access Interruptions

We may update, improve, or replace course materials to enhance student experience. We are not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by third-party platforms (e.g., hosting or payment systems).


11. Limitation of Liability

ENGLISHERA is not liable for any direct or indirect damages related to the use of our Site or Services, including delays, performance issues, or student outcomes. Your use of the Site and its resources is at your own risk.


12. Privacy Policy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We never sell your personal data. By enrolling, you agree to receive course-related emails. You may unsubscribe anytime.


13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.


14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Republic of Türkiye.
